Since going into business in 1972, Redd Realty Services has developed, purchased and managed single tenant and multi tenant shopping centers throughout the southeast. It currently focuses on neighborhood shopping center development and single tenant development, but also offers brokerage and management services.

2008
- Bought Meadowbrook Mart in Jackson, MS. Developed a free standing CVS Pharmacy
and remodeled the 80,000 square foot center
- Bought Park Plaza in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Developed a free standing CVS Pharmacy
and remodeled the 70,000 square foot center.
2007
- Blue Angel Exchange- An 8 acre development including CVS Drugstores, four 1 acre outparcels and one 2.5 acre parcel at the corner of Hwy 98 and Blue Angel Crossing in Pensacola, FL.

- Developed 13,013 square foot CVS pharmacy in Spring, Texas. Sold May, 2004.
