Since going into business in 1972, Redd Realty Services has developed,
purchased and managed single tenant and multi tenant shopping centers
throughout the southeast. It currently focuses on neighborhood shopping
center development and single tenant development, but also offers
brokerage and management services.

2011
NORTH CAROLINA
- We completed development of a CVS in Raleigh and
another in Surf City and are currently developing a CVS in Leland and
another in Fayetteville.
TENNESSEE
- We completed the development of a CVS in Lawrencburg
at Gaines and Locust, one in Memphis at Germantown & Walnut and
another in Pulaski at SR 64 and S 7th Street.
We are currently developing 3 CVS' in Memphis: Park & Highland,
Quince & Ridgeway and Union & Cooper.
Mississippi
- We completed the development of a CVS in Ripley at Hwy 15 and Main.
2010
- We completed construction on 2 CVS' in North
Carolina, 3 CVS' in Tennessee, 1 CVS in Mississippi
2009
- We completed construction on 6 CVS' in North
Carolina, 2 CVS' in Tennessee, 2 CVS' in Mississippi, 4 CVS' in
Louisiana
2008
- Bought Meadowbrook Mart in Jackson, MS. Developed a
free standing CVS Pharmacy and remodeled the 80,000 square foot center
- Bought Park Plaza in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Developed a
free standing CVS Pharmacy and remodeled the 70,000 square foot center.
2007
- Blue Angel Exchange- An 8 acre development including
CVS
Drugstores, four 1 acre outparcels and one 2.5 acre parcel at the
corner of Hwy 98 and Blue Angel Crossing in Pensacola, FL.
